I am changing the colour scheme of the motherboard from black and red, to black. I could easily have anodized all of the components but I was concerned about the thickness of some of them. The motherboard covers are very thin and the acid in the anodizing process could have damaged them. So I decided to paint them instead. I have painted most of the parts metallic black. On one of the parts I am using a chrome paint which involves a lengthy process and many layers of different products. I am using DNA custom paints. I will go through the full process in the CB20 build log. I am painting a few other panels at the same time.
