Plasma 2 Compatible With Intel 1851 Core Ultra
Plasma 2 is compatible with Intel Sockets LGA 1700 and the new Core Ultra 1851. It is also compatible with sockets AM5 and the standard and DDC version is compatible with socket AM4.
Plasma 2 has many different options:
There are three main versions, standard, compact and DDC. Compact uses the CPU retention system mounting holes where as standard uses the standard CPU cooler mounting holes. There is also a version with an integrated DDC which is generally intended for SFF builds.
Material options for the top are:
Nickel, Acetal White, Acetal Black, Acrylic Clear, Acrylic Black, Acrylic Smoked, Acrylic Frosted.
For the cover the options are: Satin Black, Gloss Black, Gloss White, Carbon Mirror, Silver Mirror, Gold Mirror.
Is this abletodirect die mount the am5?
Currently it doesnt but we can release a kit which will make direct die mounting possible. Its just a few mounting components needed.
Not many customers were doing direct die so we were not going to add it to Plasma 2 even though it was on Plasma 1, but if a few more people request it we will launch a kit for it.
