Products & Custom Components Warranty Policy
All Singularity Computers products have a 5-year warranty from the purchase date. Only products with a manufacturing or assembly fault will be replaced. Customers need to provide the purchase invoice and photos of the issue. We may decide to replace the entire product or only the faulty part. We will usually not request for the product to be returned unless the circumstances are unusual. We provide lifetime support for all products.
Distribution Plates
Incorrect fastener tension can cause the acrylic to crack on distribution plates. If the fastener tension has been changed by the customer, cracks and other damage to the acrylic will not be covered under warranty. Damage from using alcohol, solvents, or other incompatible chemicals to clean the acrylic or in your water-cooling loop will also not be covered under warranty.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. A refund and/or return is only possible if you experience a fault which falls under our warranty policy. We will request a clear explanation and photos. Usually, a partial component replacement will be possible to prevent too much downtime for the customer.
Refunds due to a change of mind, shipping delays or any other reason are up to the discretion of Singularity Computers.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and transfer fees will be deducted from your refund.
As of April 1st, 2020, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all shipping carriers have suspended all money-back guarantees. Delays are also possible. We cannot provide refunds for late shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Singularity Computers Systems Warranty Terms & Conditions
Singularity Computers Custom Built Computers have a lifetime labor warranty. Component warranty varies depending on the manufacturer’s warranty from 1 year to lifetime. If a fault occurs Singularity Computers will cover the costs of returning and replacing the faulty item for the first year. Only faults which are due to manufacturing and assembly will be covered. Only hardware faults are covered, not software, driver, or BIOS problems. Our systems pass strict testing before they leave our workshop. It is extremely unusual for any problem to arise after this testing unless it is software, driver or BIOS related. This is why it is very important for customers to consult with us before changing any configuration they are unsure of, particularly if it is hardware or BIOS. Every Singularity Computers System comes with lifetime support. We will be there to provide the advice and support you need.

We offer lifetime support for our computer systems and if you experience a fault then see our warranty policy. For our systems there are no refunds or returns, once payment has been made we will proceed with the build as agreed.
